Administrator: Software which is used before the auction date. It allows:
 
 
  • Auctioneers to define sellers, bidders and items to be sold.

  • Auctioneers to define the order in which items will be offered for sale.

  • Sellers to upload descriptions and images of their items to the Auction / Action database, and to set reserve prices for their items.

  • Bidders to register for participation in a given auction, and to browse the on-line inventory of items to be sold.

  • Auctioneers to pre-approve credit and spending limits for each bidder.


    • Control Panel: Software used by the Auctioneer during the auction. It allows:

  • starting prices to be adjusted up/down.

  • bid increments to be adjusted on the spot in response to bidding activity.

  • Bidders to be alerted when an item is 'going, going, and gone!'
